What We Do
  1. SUP Yoga

    Certified Yoga Instructor Jennifer McManaway leads the class through poses while balancing on a stand up paddle board.
  2. Family Fitness & Circuit Training
    Family Fitness & Circuit Training
    Join us every Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. or Monday's at 5:30 pm for a 1-hour workout that is promised to fit your own fitness level and have some FUN!! On the first Saturday of every month we offer a kids fitness workout. *Fit session locations* Saturday FIt - Lighthouse Park or Hamilton Upchurch Skate Park. Beach Fit - St. Augustine Beach Pier, on the sand in front of Splash park. *Our Sign will be posted near workout areas
  3. Sunset Paddle & Full Moon Yoga
    Sunset Paddle & Full Moon Yoga
    We begin all of our group or private SUP tours by first going over the basics of paddling & board safety. Tour the Intracoastal waters of the beautiful St. Augustine Bayfront led by 3 expert guides.
  4. SUP Fit
    SUP Fit
    Paddle fit Instructor Melissa Slemp will first go over the basics of paddling & board safety. Then leads the group through 30 minutes of paddling & body weight moves while on a stand up paddle board.
  5. Supfari Kids Fit Camp
    Supfari Kids Fit Camp
    Have the opportunity to explore and experience a new form of water sports with Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). Kids will learn paddle techniques, water safety, care of equipment, and team building exercises. This camp is designed to teach a novice or build on the skills of an experienced paddler. Kids will be able to paddle different styles and sizes of boards to help them grow as paddlers and develop their skills. Kids will also learn CPR and first aid Skills. Our goal is to help kids gain a sense of board balance, refine paddling technique, improve sense of water safety & awareness, and have fun!
